Terms of Use
Terms and conditions for using our website and services
Effective Date: March 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Entuvu Interactive websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must comply with applicable laws when using the Services. If account features are offered, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, without limitation:
- Using the Services for unlawful activity.
- Interfering with platform security, availability, or integrity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Submitting malicious code, abusive content, or spam.
4. Imported Links and Third-Party Content
Our apps may allow you to share links from third-party sources to generate structured records (for example recipe entries). You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party content complies with applicable platform terms and laws.
Entuvu does not own third-party content referenced by imported links. Availability and quality of imported fields may vary by source, permissions, and platform policy.
4a. Crowd Fuel: Sports Soundboard App
The following additional terms apply to use of the Crowd Fuel app (com.entuvu.crowd_fuel):
- Organization ownership: When you create an organization in Crowd Fuel, you become the organization owner and are responsible for managing member access, roles, and data within that organization.
- Audio content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights or licenses to use any audio files uploaded or played through the app. Entuvu Interactive does not claim ownership of audio content you upload, and does not verify licensing of user-supplied audio.
- Role-based access: Owners may grant or revoke member access at any time. Members agree that their access may be removed by the organization owner without prior notice.
- Invite codes: Invite codes are time-limited and intended for authorized team staff only. You agree not to distribute invite codes publicly or to individuals not authorized to access your organization.
- Account deletion: Deleting your account removes your user data and access from all organizations. Organization-level data (rosters, sounds, configurations) may be retained for other members of the organization until they also delete their accounts or the organization is deleted.
- Service availability: Crowd Fuel depends on Firebase cloud services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
- Commercial use: Crowd Fuel may be used by school athletic programs, sports organizations, and similar entities. Any commercial resale or redistribution of the app or its functionality is prohibited without written consent from Entuvu Interactive.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, Entuvu Interactive and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, branding, site content, and original materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
6. Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our Services.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party sites, platforms, and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices, and your use of those services is governed by their terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entuvu Interactive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Entuvu Interactive from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Wisconsin, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
