Your privacy matters. How we collect, use, and protect your personal information
Effective Date: March 30, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Entuvu Interactive ("Entuvu," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information across our website, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect:
- Contact details: Email address and message content from contact forms, support requests, or newsletter signup.
- Account and authentication data: Email address, display name, and authentication tokens when you sign in via email/password or Google OAuth.
- Organization and team data: For apps like Crowd Fuel, this includes organization names, sport configurations, team names, roster slot labels, and role assignments (owner, member) that you create or are assigned to.
- Soundboard and audio metadata: Sound names, event labels, player names, and sound-to-roster associations within your organization. Audio files uploaded to the app are stored in Firebase Storage under your organization's namespace.
- Shared link and import data: URLs you share into our apps, source platform/domain, extracted metadata (for example title, caption text, ingredients, instructions, image references), and attribution details.
- Device and diagnostic data: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and error logs used for security and performance.
- Analytics and cookies: Website analytics data and cookie preferences where permitted.
2a. Crowd Fuel App: Specific Data Practices
The Crowd Fuel app (com.entuvu.crowd_fuel) uses Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage (Firestore), and audio file storage (Firebase Storage). The following data is collected and stored in Firebase under your organization's namespace:
- Your Firebase user ID, email address, and display name
- Organization memberships, roles (owner/member), and sport/team configurations you create
- Roster slot names and sound assignments per team
- Audio file references (file names, storage paths) for sounds you upload
- Invite code usage records (which codes were claimed and when)
Audio files are stored in Firebase Storage and are accessible only to authenticated members of your organization. We do not analyze or process audio content beyond storage and retrieval.
Firebase services are provided by Google LLC and are subject to Google's privacy practices.
3. How We Use Information

4. Third-Party Sources and Platform Rules
Some app functionality depends on links or data from third-party platforms and websites (for example social networks or recipe websites). Data availability may vary by platform policies, permissions, and technical limitations.
We design our integrations around official APIs and approved access where practical. We do not claim ownership of third-party creator content.

7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the Services (for example hosting, analytics, email, and infrastructure providers), subject to contractual and security controls.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
